ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF BIOFLOCCULANT-PRODUCING BACTERIA FROM CASSAVA CULTIVATED SOIL OF VIET NAM

Microorganisms are found everywhere in the environment and play a leading role countless natural processes, amongst them, soil microorganisms important roles plant performance by improving mineral nutrition. Soil bacteria possess different biological activities; for example, producing bioactive compounds such as bioflocculant which makes smoother more breathable, growth stimulants or with antibiotic activity. Beside this, same could also be able to fix atmospheric nitrogen, converting it into form that plants can use. In order make microbial formula from local capable of well IAA fixing nitrogen towards organic fertilizer production application cassava cultivation, were isolated cultivated soils screened above mention activities.
